At JTG Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
