Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

To maintain shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place and clean them gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all JTG Jewelry items come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
